The Jedi Sentinel uses the Force to ferret out deceit and injustice throughout the galaxy. This member of the Order strikes a balance between the physical aspects of the Jedi Guadian and the mental apects of the Jedi Consular.
As members of the Order, the Jedi Sentinel is usually called into service as a last line of defense if the negotiations of Jedi Consulars cannot be resolved peacfully. When not on call by the Council, a Sentinel will most likley be working with law enforcment personnel.
Lightsaber Blade color for Sentinel's can vary but they most commonly use Yellow,
The Jedi Guardian concentrates on martial training and combat, Guardians engage in combat more often than either of the other 2 Classes, Consulars or Sentinels.
Descended from the Order's founders on Tython whose role in the galaxy was to defend the weak and uphold the laws of the Galactic Republic, the Guardians were often seen as representatives of the Order and the classic Jeid weapon, the Lightsaber.

What Jedi Guardians achieved through combat, Jedi Consulars achieved with words or non-violent use of the force.
Concentrating on mental refinement through study and meditation, Consulars sought to perfect the art of diplomacy and mediation, hoping to calm a tense situation or mend hurt feelings through civil discourse, reasoning, and parley, rather than drawing their Lightsabers and cutting down an attacker. While Consulars would attempt to avoid conflict, they were sensible and carried a Lightsaber.
